Working at Western National
We offer our employees flexible working hours and generous paid time off. Annually, we celebrate nine paid holidays, and our offices are closed on Friday afternoons year round. Western National has a smoke-free environment, business casual attire, and ergonomically correct workstations.

Western National's Benefits
Western National offers a 401(k) plan with a company match. Our insurance package includes medical, life, disability, long term care, and a tax-free flexible spending account is available for both health and dependent daycare. A prescription drug plan, mental health/substance abuse care, and dental insurance are also available. Your dependents can get free life insurance. Discounts on Personal Auto and Homeowner's/Renter's insurance are available to qualified employees, and are written through our independent agencies. Western National also offers an adoption expense reimbursement account. Other benefits include service awards, direct deposit, and a membership with a credit union.

We value education. Regardless of your position, Western National strongly encourages enrollment in property and casualty insurance courses. We'll pay for insurance courses and seminars attended that directly relate to your current position.
